Career Fairs
NCEC Career Exploration Fairs
NCEC holds two career exploration fairs each year–one in the fall for high school students, and one in the spring for upper middle school students.
The educational goals of these events are:
- to provide opportunity for career exploration through exposure to a variety of career areas
- to educate students about educational requirements for various careers
- to assist students in career decision making
- to encourage post-secondary planning and goal setting
High School College & Career Fair
The fall College & Career Fair pairs the DACAC College Fair with the NCEC Career Fair providing juniors and seniors an opportunity to visit with college admissions staff from educational institutions around the region, learn from professionals working in a variety of industries, and visit a college campus all at the same time.
The date is set by the DACAC College Fair schedule and is held at Dakota College at Bottineau.
